I went there for oil change and it took them a little more than two hours to do that. After about one hour and 20 minutes the service person came to me and said that they haven’t started working on my ca more than two hours to do that. After about one hour and 20 minutes the service person came to me and said that they haven’t started working on my car because the mechanics were in a break and that it would take 30 more minutes. Actually it took about 40 more minutes. It’s true that the manager made a 50% discount but this doesn’t change the fact that waiting for two hours for oil change is a lot of wait. More
I took my 2006 Sprinter in because it broke down and had to be towed. They told me that it needed a new alternator and belts. And that they could not get them. I would have to procure them (which I easi to be towed. They told me that it needed a new alternator and belts. And that they could not get them. I would have to procure them (which I easily did) and they would pit them in. These items were easily found. If I were someone ( "Little Old Lady/man") who did not have the knowledge to do this, I would have been really put out that a big dealership would not be able to get these readily available parts parts. Awesome timeliness and customer service. I went believing a nail had punctured my tire and after inspection it came back that it hadn’t gone completely through.
