What a great Team. The entire group is dedicated to customer service and satisfaction. My salesperson Stacie has been dealing with me for a few years. I contacted a salesman about a car for sale on their website. He responded respectfully to my emails, until I made an offer for the car. The car was overpriced compared to Edmund's true market value ( website. He responded respectfully to my emails, until I made an offer for the car. The car was overpriced compared to Edmund's true market value (TMV) so I sent an offer closer to Edmunds TMV. He responds with a rude response on email in one sentence: "You want $xxxx off the Internet price???????" Other dealers I sent my offer to politely responded with an opportunity to discuss price or kindly declined. I took my business elsewhere and found the same car with less miles for around the price I offered to the salesman. I'm glad I took my business elsewhere. More

These folks just get it. Lauran conducted herself courteously and professionally, but more importantly she listened. She took the time to understand what is important to my family and I and as a res courteously and professionally, but more importantly she listened. She took the time to understand what is important to my family and I and as a result we purchased our Grand Cherokee from Safford. Their service department has been simply fantastic. I recommend Safford as a place to do business without qualification and members of our extended family and friends have followed our lead and agree.
