As usual, my service experience was very pleasant. Problem sorted out and I was given some options. I deal mostly with Gwendolyn but Francisco and Anibal are also very nice and caring people. In over 50 years of taking vehicles to dealership service departments, Safford CDJR tops them all in terms of service. My dad taught me to service my cars, so I understand how to pay attention to detail whe departments, Safford CDJR tops them all in terms of service. My dad taught me to service my cars, so I understand how to pay attention to detail when performing the work, so I give a lot of attention to the servicing requirements of both of my Jeeps. I would not trust my Jeeps with any dealership other than Safford. I also spent about ten years going to Mercedes service departments when I owned a GLK and then a GLC...Safford's standards and amenities surpass anything I saw at MB dealerships. I was fortunate to start my Safford experience with then-service advisor Alex Alvarado - he performed so well that he is now Safford's Service Manager. My new service advisor, Anibal Benitez has taken up where Alex took off - I am very pleased! More
