We had a fantastic experience at Brown's Manassas Subaru. First, we drove to VA from Raleigh, NC to purchase a 2013 Forester because the price was unbeatable. We called all the dealerships in our local area to see if they were capable of meeting or beating Brown's price, and were told that they couldn't beat that price and that we should go ahead and buy from Brown's. Second, the staff at Brown's really made the whole process incredibly easy from start to finish. They were courteous, friendly and incredibly helpful. We worked with Tony, the internet manager prior to purchasing and Meredith Eden on the day we completed the sale, and both were great. The rest of the staff was very friendly as well. My husband and I drove up there with a month-old baby, and the baby was passed around to various staff who wanted to hold her. We felt very comfortable with all the people we met at the dealership. Finally, we have never owned a Subaru before, and we were buying this vehicle sight-unseen off the internet. The first time I drove a Subaru was right before we signed the documents! I especially love the Bluetooth features on the Forester, as I use them every day! I am so glad that we bought our Forester, as it is a great vehicle, and I am glad we purchased this vehicle from Brown's Manassas Subaru! We highly recommend Brown's for their professionalism, courtesy, and competitive price! More

First, I have never had a more pleasant buying experience. Your staff are the reason why. My salesman, Eric, was absolutely, positively phenomenal. His professionalism and knowledge are rare in your industry and he exudes confidence. Please commend him as he was the main contributor to my outstanding buying experience. I was also like to praise Dmitry (sp), your used car and business manager. I enjoyed speaking with him and he was extremely polite, efficient and professional. While I did not meet your detailing staff, I did witness a gentleman detail our car who obviously takes great pride in his work and has great attention to detail. Rest assured that I will be giving your staff and dealership all "10's" on my survey from Subaru. I will also be more than happy to refer anyone I know looking for a new car to your dealership. Thanks for the great experience and thanks for the way you do business! More

Make sure what is advertised is what you are receiving IE A EX is an EX not a LX or options are randomly listed. No car has any scratches or dings until you get there and look at it. Look closely at entire car for 15 or twenty minutes in daylight and inot in the rain. If car is dirty ask for it to be cleaned before signing. More
Having the usual fervent dislike of car dealers because of the way the customer is set upon at a "typical" car store, I was prepared for Brown's Manassas Subaru to live down to that very low stan of the way the customer is set upon at a "typical" car store, I was prepared for Brown's Manassas Subaru to live down to that very low standard. Boy, was I wrong. I know of only one other dealership in the Washington area that explicitly tries to treat its customers like friends and family, and for that precise reason I've done business exclusively with that dealership in purchasing perhaps a dozen cars (all Volvos) for myself and my four kids over past 20 years. When I decided to try a Subaru, I was quite reluctant because I figured I was throwing myself back into the bad old ocean of car dealer sharks instead of working with my safe and comfortable Volvo dealership. But in truth, every single person I met at Brown's Subaru, including both sales managers and the general manager, treated me with the same courtesy, respect and professionalism that I had come to value so highly at my Volvo dealership. Indeed, in some ways I was treated even better! And though I place more value on how I'm treated than a few dollars one way or the other on the actual price of the vehicle, in fact the price for the car was absolutely the best I found in the entire area. All of this was true even for finance guy (you know, the one who sells you all those expensive aftermarket goodies like dent and fabric protection, extended warranties, etc.). He was well-mannered and professional, and offered excellent prices on these items, with complete transparency and no pressure. I know because I shopped his prices against other Subaru dealers and even against my "customer for life" Volvo dealership, and Brown's gave me a much better deal. Having been prepared for the usual "what can we do to earn your business tonight" pressure that you get at the normal greasy, sleazy car dealership, I couldn't have been more shocked, or more pleasantly surprised. Here's the bottom line: If you need to buy a car, and you want to do it in a peaceful, friendly, zero pressure environment from folks who treat you with kindness and respect, who try to give you an honest and reasonable deal, and who simply won't stop until you are satisfied that you've gotten exactly what you want, you will find yourself right at home at Brown's. As a lawyer with more than 40 years of practice under my belt, I'm a hard person to please, let alone impress. But I was impressed by Brown's. More
We have never ownn a Subaru before and neither anyone in our families. We made 2 visits to Dulles Motor Cars which is about 7 miles from our home and traveled 35 miles to Browns Manassas Subaru. We returne our families. We made 2 visits to Dulles Motor Cars which is about 7 miles from our home and traveled 35 miles to Browns Manassas Subaru. We returned to purchase the car here because both Tony and Bobby made such an impression to us. During our first visit, since Boby was busy with a nother customer, Tony took his time to explain the features to us and suggested that we test drive the car. 2 weeks later, we brought our son back and Bobby rode with him and went over the features. We like both Tony and Bobby for their personality, patience and friendliness and if we buy another a car in the future, we will return there just so we can see them again. More

Prearranged an appointment with one of their newer sales consultants, Kevin Bonilla, to test drive the vehicle I wanted and everything was set when I arrived. After driving it, we discussed price and some alternatives if I wanted a different color or different options. Met briefly for a friendly and easy chat with the Sales Manager, Russell Delph, but no pressure whatsoever. Left to meet my wife, discuss my opinion of this vehicle and another brand I had test driven earlier in the day, and called to say we would be back in two hours to close the deal. Car was ready, spent a short time filling out and signing paperwork, met with the General Sales Manager, Tony Lee, to finalize everything. Again no hassles and no pressure to buy things we did not want. Overall a very pleasant experience, and very unlike many previous car purchases through other dealers. After everything was signed, they brought us to meet their service coordinators and then we drove off in our new car. Would definitely recommend our Sales Consultant Kevin Bonilla, as well as the others with whom we dealt. More
In June I was looking to purchase a used Toyota Highlander Hybrid and found several on the internet that would meet my needs. I then sent a detailed request for information to the eight dealerships that had viable vehicles. Eric was by far the most professional and business like response out of the group. I then drove form NC to VA the next day, the vehicle was as promised, we negotiated very quickly to a fair price and my family and I were off in under half a days time. Four months later the vehicle is still superb, all the paperwork came through as promised, and I only wish that we lived closer to the dealership where Eric works so it would be easier to purchase our next car from him as well. I stopped by Browns Subaru many times and spoke with many sale representatives. I finally spoke with Meredith and she was very helpful and enthusiastic about Subarus and helping me get into the vehicle I wanted. One of the best qualities I found about Meredith besides her knowledge of Subarus was her patience in the process. I never felt pressured, rushed, or uninformed. Meredith provided me emails with upcoming inventory, assistance with picking out the best features and options, and the best car to fit my needs. Even after my budget changed and I decided to move to just the WRX, Meredith continued to assist me with my request. Meredith went out of her way to help track down and located a WRX that fit me. Meredith stuck with me over a year looking for a car and not once gave up on helping me. Browns assisted me with keeping me informed of my car options, financing, and overall knowledge of the process. I definitely recommend them for purchasing a Subaru! More
My husband and I purchased a new Outback today after first looking about 2 days prior. We set an appointment with him to pick up our new vehicle - he had all the paperwork for us and it went very smoothly, right down to transferring my tags. Russell also explained the vehicle in detail along with another new salesman, Kevin. Both were wonderful to work with. It was also a pleasure dealing with the finance manager, Raphel - extremely knowledgeable and explained all of the financing options - gave us the time we needed to discuss. All in all the most pleasant and non-stressful auto-buying experience we have had and our next vehicle will be coming from Browns! More
