Jose was WONDERFUL!!! Jose was wonderful from the moment he picked up the phone. He stated he needed to do some research to efficiently address my question & would call me Jose was wonderful from the moment he picked up the phone. He stated he needed to do some research to efficiently address my question & would call me back in 30 minutes. To my surprise, he called back in less than. 5 minutes, promptly scheduled my service, & even allowed special accomodations for my car to be dropped off. Brown's not only addressed the recall issue my car was there for, but also another one I was unaware of. The service was prompt & even came with a free Car Wash. This dealership should be the poster child for all of those shady practices we always hear about when purchasing a new car. I was looking for a new car for my son. On Saturday, March 31st, I was contacted by Brown’s Internet Sales Manager, Lauren Cody, regarding a car on their lot (2017 Nissan Rogue SL Sport) that we had seen on the internet. I had done a lot of research and during our conversation, I communicated the take home price that I was willing to pay for the vehicle. She said she would need to talk to her manager and put me on hold. When she returned she indicated that her manager had agreed to the price but only if I could come in and pay for the car by Monday, April 2. I told her that we were 2 hours away and that I would call her back to let her know if we could make it there that evening. Shortly thereafter, I called Lauren and indicated that we could make the drive this afternoon/evening. I also confirmed the agreed upon sales price and reiterated that I would be bringing a check and would not be financing the car. I told her that I wanted to make sure that we are clear on everything because we are making a two hour drive and I don’t want to get there and be told something has changed. She acknowledged that we were in agreement and she said she would see me when I got there. When we arrived at the dealership, Lauren had conveniently left for the day. I spoke to a new salesperson and explained the situation. He said that my information and the terms of our agreement should all be in the file that has been created. We took the car for a test drive and expressed our desire to purchase the vehicle. Shortly thereafter the New Car Sales Manager, Faraz Marandi, comes to talk to us and begins to walk through numbers and starts to explain “why he can’t sell the car at the price we expected, but he does want to work with me to get my son into that car.” REALLY?? Needless to say, after a heated conversation with Faraz Marandi, we left the dealership without the car. Unfortunately, I think this type of thing occurs a lot at this dealership. In fact, when I told the local Nissan dealership that I had agreed upon a price with Brown’s, they actually warned me of this exact scenario. I should have listened!!! If this review prevents just one person from having the same experience that I had with this shady dealership, then writing the review was time well spent. More

Finally great service Andrew (service Dept) was very attentive to our concerns about two problems that have persisted for almost two years. Every time we brought the vehicle in with the same complaint; the other service personnel told us they couldn’t find anything wrong. Because of this, we were not going to buyout the lease nor buy any vehicle from Browns. But we decided to give them one more chance and we were blessed to have Andrew this time. He assured us he Roth’s check everything. He kept in constant contact with us up until it was ready. Lo and behold—he found the problems abd we found out that we weren’t crazy. They were two major issues. His professionalism is stellar as evidenced by his meticulous attention to detail and delving into the problem further. I feel thevitger service personnel just “wrote us off”. I think Andrew should be recognized for this. I will now purchase this vehicle at the end of the lease. But I will not get it serviced at Browns unless Andrew is my service provider. More
