Your, so called, "manager", not sure what he calls himself, some Zubeid?, not that i care, showed us the door! Yes, one xxxx of an experience i must say! Here is what happened. We saw a car, we liked it, then came the time to haggle. We did not want to waste any time, wanted to know what was the best deal your ppl can offer us, and "WE COULD DECIDE" (we are the customers, right?) if we wanted to go with it or not. The Sales person was Daniel, and was fairly good to deal with. He said he was new, and surely knew his manners. Then came ur manager, arrogant from the word go, talks to me as if he is the one who is going to decide if i deserved to buy a car or not! All we wanted to know was the best deal he could offer. He would not give one, and insisted on what i would pay, even after warning him that he will not like what i would say. He insisted and i gave my price. And he asked if I wanted him to pay the tax. I said no, but i had warned him he wont like my answer. Then he gets to a lower price, and we said we needed time to think about it, and then he gets up n says "We cannot deal with you, good luck if ever get a ride"!!!! and he wont stop there, he goes on to insult my colleague to say he was misleading me! Are you guys running a physic shop where you sit n judge people? We wanted to talk to his supervisor, and he says he is the BOSS and there is nobody above him! He did not want to give us his card, and he said he did not want to "Waste" one. I am surprised you have such foul mouthed "managers" in your showroom! We did not want to stand and fight there cos we are not people who would stoop down to such derogatory levels where your "managers" are, but he would not just shut up! Then there was Mr.Tan, (Johnny Tan), the financial manager, who repeated apologised for the other person's behavior and walked us out. Well, he did not have to do that, but he was a gentleman. But unfortunately Mr.Hall, we had to leave with a bad taste. I had request my colleague, who has a very busy schedule, to take some time off and help me with buying a car at your showroom, and all i got there was humiliation. Finally Mr.Hall, i know it makes no difference to you or Nissan by losing one customer, But on my part, i would try my best to spread the word about your amazing customer services and about Browns Nissan's Amazing and "Well Behaved Managers". I regret wasting my own and 2 of my colleague's time in your dealership. I don't mind paying a little more and going to a different dealership, as long as people know how to respect the dignity of their customers. Yours ever-unforgiving, More

I ordered my car as a VPP participant and after 5 weeks the order arrived. My salesman was able to improve upon my initial VPP order price and ensured I had the best deal. Most car dealers in the National Capitol Region wanted to sell me a Nissan 370-Z Roadster "above" MSRP even after I informed them that I had no trade-in and would pay cash. Patrick Hall (Manager, Brown's Ste sell me a Nissan 370-Z Roadster "above" MSRP even after I informed them that I had no trade-in and would pay cash. Patrick Hall (Manager, Brown's Sterling Nissan) offered me a price that was well-below MSRP and close to the invoice price. I ordered a 370-Z and paid a $1,000 deposit. Once the car was delivered, John Omidpanah (salesman) picked me up from work. Together, we initially filled the tank with premium fuel on dealer's account and thoroughly road tested the car. After returning to the dealership, we both conducted a thorough overall inspection of the interior and body. John then mated my phone to the car (bluetooth) in about 30 seconds and added my home destination into the navigation system. Bottom line: The entire team at Brown's Sterling Nissan were professional and friendly. More

I just had an exceptional buying experience at Brown's Nissan in Sterling. Everyone that I worked with, and ther were many, were very customer service oriented -- in a truly professional manner, not in a Nissan in Sterling. I did not feel pressured at any point and and was impressed with how responsive everyone on the team was to my requests. I did a lot of research on the car that I purchased and feel that I got an exceptional deal with no negotiations. I was prepared to negotiate but quickly realized that my starting point for negotiations was well above the initial offer. Even the finance rate was significantly better than I anticipated. I used this dealer rating website in advance of my purchase to get a better idea of the dealership before my visit. I then looked up several other dealerships with which I have had personal experiences to see how well the ratings compared with my impressions of them. The ratings were spot on, and much below the 5 star ratings that Browns deservedly received. I highly recommend this dealership and hope that the Service department is as good as the Sales department. More
