I am very highly satisfied with all the help that I got from this dealership. I have worked with IKE KIM and Manager Javed Chowdhury. Their customer service was exceptional to say the least. BEFORE THE FINAL BUYING DAY: I have been talking to IKE KIM for almost two weeks and he always managed to make time for me. One of the best thing that I felt with IKE and JAVED was that they are not pushy and aggressive as I felt with other dealers. To compare my buying experience I have also contacted few of the other dealers in the area who BLATANTLY LIED to me saying that Nissan Maxima Crimson Black does not come with Cafe Late interior. To make sure, I have asked them the same question multiple time and each time they came up with more lies - "sweet talk with full of lies". IKE and Javed took the time, researched and found Crimson black with late interior and brought the car to their lot from 60 miles away even when I failed to show much enthusiasm about that specific car. IKE had showed me and test drove with me multiple cars with never any show of disappointment or tiredness. THE FINAL BUYING DAY: From all of my previous new car buying experience, I had to spent hours ( 4 hours in one occasion) just to get to the suitable price. With IKE and JAVED it was matter of minutes. I felt I have done enough homework before negotiating the final price so I knew what is my bottom number. I walked into their showroom at 8:30 ( they close at 9:00) and the entire dealership stayed back until 10:30 detailing the car, getting all the finances ready and get my tag. They went through every little details to tell me how things will work from here on. AFTER THE BUYING IS OVER: I thought once I am done buying I will never ever hear back from these guys. Both IKE and JAVED personally called me and made sure everything is good and if I am happy with the car with the same smile that they had before and after. I will definitely recommend this dealership specially these two guys for anyone who is looking into buying new car. By the way, did I mention I love my car - Nissan Maxima - 290 Horse power - crimson black with Latte interior. Vrooooom Vrooooom. Good luck. More

Sterling Brown's was the forth dealership we visited in a week. We almost gave up buying the car we wanted, because Sheehys, Passport and Chantilly were lying, cheating or changing numbers ant the end of neg week. The entire sales process was so exceptional, I bought two cars at the same time. Antimo was professional, personable and knowledgable. All personnel involved with the transactions, (managers, appraisals, f cars at the same time. Antimo was professional, personable and knowledgable. I took advantage of the USAA car buying service and got the prices as advertised, however, NMAC financing was able to beat USAA rates. I would highly recommend this dealership to everyone. More

I shopped around at several other locations, and was passed around and felt like an afterthought. Then I went to Brown’s Nissan in Sterling. Patrick Hall spent a lot of time getting to know us and our needs and we felt very well cared for and that our business was important to him. He was very upfront with pricing and additional costs that tend to be tacked on, so that there were no surprises at the end. He worked very hard to get to a price that worked for us, and a deal that was better than our other quotes. I felt that he didn't just want to lease us a car but wanted to develop a solid customer relationship with us too. On the lot, our battery needed a jump and we knew this before taking the car. Although the car was fine the first night, we encountered issues the next evening. I called Patrick and he quickly got back to me, even though the office had closed for the evening. He arranged for the car to be brought to and from the dealership, replaced the battery, and kept it overnight to ensure that there were no other problems. He went out of his way to take care of us efficiently and quickly without creating any inconveniences for us, even though the issue didn’t fall under the purview of his department. I would absolutely buy a car through him again! More

When I stopped at this dealer for my options, Mr. Zabed addressed my concerns and explained the details about Buy vs. lease as I never leased a car before. He took the time and provided me with 2 buying (36 mo and 60 month) and 2 leasing options (12k miles/year and 15k miles/year). He was very through and very paitiant. I have a sales background and I can be difficult in times :). However, he managed and convinced me and my wife. I'm happy with overall service this dealership provided. I certainly recommand them. More
