We knew what we wanted a pathfinder and went in to look at a used one. Just out of curiosity we asked about new car pricing and they gave a price that may buying new instead of used an easy decision - no at a used one. Just out of curiosity we asked about new car pricing and they gave a price that may buying new instead of used an easy decision - no hassles at all - very fair and honest - we needed the weekend to think about it and they understood and didn't push - finacing was smooth they even matched the great rate offered by our credit union and everyone was friendly. Great experience buying a new car. More
Today I purchased a new Nissan Rogue. From the time I walked in the door until the time I left, I was treated like I was their only customer. The care that they showed me was the best I have ever receive walked in the door until the time I left, I was treated like I was their only customer. The care that they showed me was the best I have ever received. They were careful to make sure I was informed of all of my options and were more than willing to work with me so I would be happy with my purchase. I have never felt like a person that was selling me a car had my best interest at heart, I only have felt pressured. They did not pressure me in the least and were very concerned that I felt good about my decision before I walked out of the door. Not only will I recommend them to anyone I know looking to purchase a new car, I will be a repeat customer. They should be commended for their excellent work and for providing a level of customer service, I did not feel existed. More
This was my second car bought from Browns Sterling Nissan, and it was a fantastic experience! My sales consultant, Peter Nartey, was VERY easy to talk to and didn't rush me into anything or pressure m Nissan, and it was a fantastic experience! My sales consultant, Peter Nartey, was VERY easy to talk to and didn't rush me into anything or pressure me or anything. He knew answers to all the questions I asked him about the cars, and was extremely friendly when we walked around the lot and test drove a couple cars. The dealership is very clean and inviting, and the entire car buying experience was better than I could have imagined. The staff at Browns Sterling Nissan are all great. Johnny Tan was great to talk with too, and had no problem going over all finance scenarios with me. Finally, Patrick Hall, the manager, was extremely friendly and approachable. I came in the next day to drop off some paperwork, and he took care of my needs without any hesitation. I highly recommend Browns Sterling Nissan, and plan to get my car serviced there. And, down the road when I'm in the market for another car, they will be my #1 pick! But I'm sure my new Nissan Altima will keep me happy for a long time :) More
I purchase a 2010 Altima using the Costco Auto purchase program. It was very easy and the employees at Brown were a pleasure to deal with. They were flexible when i did not want stripes on the side of my program. It was very easy and the employees at Brown were a pleasure to deal with. This is my review for the second new vehicle purchase from Brown’s Sterling Nissan. I saw the rebates/incentives/specials for the end of April and I was thinking about buying an Altima SR. We needed a n from Brown’s Sterling Nissan. I saw the rebates/incentives/specials for the end of April and I was thinking about buying an Altima SR. We needed a new car in the house for an aging ’98 Camry so I thought I'd do a few online quotes (Edmunds.com). I will say that I had a preference for another Altima because of my ’09 Altima that I’ve owned for less than a year now. Bryan Ruskin in the Internet sales department at Brown’s Sterling gave me a quick reply with the prices. I dealt with dishonest tactics at Chantilly Nissan for a few days because the salesperson (who shall remain unnamed) offered a deal that sounded too good to be true, but never went through with sending me a buyer’s order with the price he said he can provide. He also did not respond to any e-mails requesting the buyer’s order, instead, he kept insisting that I go in for another visit. At that point I concluded that the price was bogus. I turned around and touched base with Patrick Hall (GSM) which confirmed that the Chantilly price is not possible. I should’ve went to the dealership that gave me a fantastic price before chasing bogus online deals. I went to Brown’s Sterling and Patrick asked me what features I was looking for in the new car. My specifications were a bit unusual (’10 Altima 3.5 SR loaded dark slate/leather charcoal) so he promptly got the car from another dealership. In the meantime, Antimo got me in a 3.5 V6 that was on the lot just to get a feel for the engine…and man was it a difference…once I got my loaded SR, I signed the papers with Antimo then Mustafa for another awesome price (under invoice with the rebates and recent college grad incentives). Much like the last time, Mustafa breezed through the paperwork and Antimo got my new car ready. Antimo set me a service appointment for the first oil change without me asking and Patrick courteously offered to keep my ’09 Altima for the night and get it cleaned (you just don’t expect a GSM to offer you that). My only regret is that I did not go to Brown’s Sterling Nissan from the beginning and save myself a huge headache. Mustafa finished the paperwork and I left the Brown’s Sterling Nissan parking lot in yet another new Altima with Hard Plates out the door. I don’t have to think twice about recommending this dealership to anyone in the market for buying a Nissan. Service in this dealership is unparalleled. I also seem to have developed a habit of going into the dealership and keeping the mentioned employees til after closing :P Note to buyers: If you want an Altima with a bit more "kick" to it, get the 3.5 SR and I assure you you won't regret it. It's a beast compared to the 2.5L 4-cyl, and it still has the huge 20.0 gallon tank 20 CITY/27 HWY on REGULAR unleaded gas. It is not noisy as others would say and the suspension is just right on the sport package. Happy Driving :^) More
This is my second new vehicle purchase from Brown's Sterling Nissan so I will rate both purchases since I did not do this last time. The first purchase was a 2009 Altima S (4-cyl CVT) that I bought af Sterling Nissan so I will rate both purchases since I did not do this last time. The first purchase was a 2009 Altima S (4-cyl CVT) that I bought after graduating from George Mason University in May 2009. The sales professional was Armin Shafiee, Patrick Hall was the GSM, and Mustafa Nawaz was my man in Finance. I will be honest and say I did not follow the "smart buyer" steps for this first purcahse (Edmunds, online quotes, etc.); however, I did test drive a 2009 Honda Accord and a 2009 Toyota Camry. I was told by a trusted family member to go to this dealership and said they won't lead me the wrong way. I worked with Armin and Patrick on the car features I wanted and sure enough, they had one on the lot. Armin got me the keys and we went out for a test drive. Needless to say, I was EXTREMELY impressed by the car performance, especially the smooth CVT. There was no comparison between the other two cars and the Altima. To be honest, I wasn't expecting to drive home in a brand new Nissan that day but they got me a deal under invoice (with the rebate specials during that time) so I couldn't say no. Plus they had incentives for recent college grads. Armin was very quick with the paperwork and getting the car cleaned up. He was also courteous after the sale of the car for months to come (which is something I am not accustomed to with other sales professionals). Patrick was very understanding and worked out a fantastic price for me (under invoice) and passed me off to Mustafa who was very organized and efficient. Mustafa explained the add-ons I can get on the car (extended warranty, etc.) but respected my informed decision to decline these options where other dealerships did not. The paperwork took less than 25 minutes and I drove home in my new car (with Hard Plates, which is something I LOVE about this dealership). I also want to mention that all three individuals remained in the dealership although it was past closing time and did not once let me feel hurried. I still brag about the deal I got to this day. My e-mails are promptly replied and my phone calls are always answered. More
I went into Brown’s Sterling Nissan after visiting several other Nissan dealers in the area to purchase an Altima. My sales consultant Antimo Belarbi and the General Sales Manager Patrick Hall were several other Nissan dealers in the area to purchase an Altima. My sales consultant Antimo Belarbi and the General Sales Manager Patrick Hall were great to work with. After my experience at other dealerships I found these two gentlemen to be upfront and honest. They answered all my questions and worked out a GREAT price for me. I drove my new Altima off the lot that day and I absolutely love it. I stopped back in several days later with a few questions about how to use some of the features on the car and they gave me the same friendly greeting, great service and spent a lot of time to answer my questions . If you are looking for a great deal and wonderful customer service I would highly recommend Brown’s Sterling Nissan. More
About two weeks ago, I test drove a 2010 Maxima at Brown's Sterling Nissan. That experience alone is enough to recommend this place. My husband and I walked into the showroom and were given plenty o Brown's Sterling Nissan. That experience alone is enough to recommend this place. My husband and I walked into the showroom and were given plenty of time to look at the cars on display before someone asked if we were being helped. Some may want more instant service than that, but we liked that we were able to look and touch without someone hanging over us the entire time. Armin Shafiee was the one who ended up helping us and he couldn't have been nicer. He allowed us to test drive the car alone without hesitation. Before driving away, I had him walk me thru the nav/computer system. His demo took about 10 minutes and was very informative. When we got back from the test, there was no pressure to buy. We got a brochure and his card, thanked him for his time and walked away. Awesome. When I was ready to buy two weeks later, I did all my due diligence online (via Edmonds, etc). I then contacted various dealerships and received about 4 offers. At this time, I did not contact Brown's because I was waiting for the best offer first before doing so. The best one I received was about $4K BELOW invoice. I then called Armin at Brown's to see what they were willing to do. Obviously, $4K below invoice was not doable for them, but they were willing to go a couple hundred under invoice to sell me something. They had the color I wanted so I said if the other deal fell thru I would call Armin back. Lo and behold, the other deal fell thru (bad customer service all around) and I immediately called Brown's. Armin had left for the day, so I instead spoke with the GSM, Patrick Hall. It was late (8:30pm), but he couldn't have been more accommodating so I bought a car from him that night - didn't leave until about 11pm. My sales guy was Mike Francella and the finance guy was Mustafa Nawaz. Everyone was great. They sold me my 2010 Maxima (Radiant Silver Premium w/ Premium Tech) for about $600 below invoice when all was said and done (not including the cash-back rebate!). I couldn't be happier about the entire experience! Definitely keep Brown's on the short list for your next Nissan purchase. More

Patrick and Ike provided us with the best service we have ever received at a car dealership. We had been to numerous other dealerships in search of a new or used 370z and were unable to find a deal that wor ever received at a car dealership. We had been to numerous other dealerships in search of a new or used 370z and were unable to find a deal that worked for us. Patrick spent countless hours on the phone with the bank working to get us the car at a monthly price we could afford. Both Patrick and Ike provided level of service that is very tough to find these days. We have already recommended them to a few of our friends. More
