This is the second Nissan my family has bought at Brown's Nissan in Sterling. Patrick and John were really great and worked hard to accommodate me in purchasing the right vehicle. They loaned me a Sentra to test drive overnight and when I decided on the upgraded model, found and brought one over from another dealership and negotiated with us on the pricing. They answered any questions I had and really showed that they were willing to go the extra mile to earn my business. Buying my first car was a very positive experience with this dealership and I would definitely recommend them. More
I was referred to Patrick by a neighbor. He was awesome!!! Both he and Peter took the time that I needed and showed me the options for the vehicle that I was looking for. They even had the right car brought over to Sterling for the next day so we could finish the deal. Nothing about these two, but the actual purchase of the vehicle TAKES ENTIRELY TOO LONG!!!!!!!! So if i could change one thing it would be that. Yet those two made sure I was fine during the whole time. Patrick even gave me a loaner when I had to come back to get an accessory put on that was ordered for me. Overall GREAT GUYS!! I will be referring them all the time!!! More
The manager and staff was very rude and They couldn't understand what exactly I was looking for. The staff didn't know about the options for the car they are selling and I am totally dissatisfied with th understand what exactly I was looking for. The people that we dealt with were extremely courteous, polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. Kwadwo was extremely helpful with the test drive and figuring out what we wanted for options. When I walked into the dealership I was quickly greeted by Paul Wayson. I told him I was looking for a Pearl White 370z with sports package and navigation. He partnered up with Patrick Hall and they located a car about 25 miles away. I was looking to buy a cat that day so they sent one of there employes to pick the car up for me. Patrick Hall Paul Wayson and I were able to agree on a price that I was very happy with. Michael Francella then did a fantastic job helping me with financing. This was my first new car I have ever bought. The team at Brown's Sterling Nissan did an amazing job assisting me in purchasing the car. They were very friendly and I never felt pressure to buy a car that day. I highly recommend Brown's Sterling Nissan to anyone in the Mid Atlantic area that is thinking about buying new car. More

The best new car buying experience by far. I called the dealership on Saturday 7/31/10 around 10am due to being frustrated by another area Nissan dealership. Zabed answered the phone and I explained to him that I knew what I wanted and was ready to do the deal today. He listened and told me to come down and he would take care of us. We arrived at the dealership shortly thereafter. Zabed came out to greet us and heard us out. He introduced us to Armin (sales consultant) and told him what we wanted. Armin was very professional, listened to every question (versus getting on his phone to text/email while test driving like the last dealership) and showed us what we wanted. Zabed periodically came by to check that all was well on top of balancing a very busy Saturday/End of month. We had are increasingly rowdy kids there and they both did their best to work up numbers and evaluate our trade in quickly. We left after a couple of hours. Zabed made several follow up calls and worked with us to get the right price and financing. I went back that evening to buy the car and finished at 11:30p. Johnny Tan (financing) was very thorough and took the time to explain everything. Armin stayed around to give me a overview of the car even that late at night. Every person there was polite and professional. Zabed and Armin went above and beyond to get the deal done and we appreciate it since it was out first Nissan purchase. If there was one suggestion I could offer?? It would be to offer free coffee as it is hard to make change at 10:30pm at night when the cashier is gone. :) More
I initially bought a used Scion with manual transmission and then when my daughter freaked out due to difficulties of driving it, we wanted to return it and buy another car, they traded it $1500 lower. I bought a Nissan and left the dealership very unhappy. I send the manager Aaron an e-mail and explained what happened. and he responded immidiately and I got my money back and I believe this was because of a good manager that wants to keep the good ratings of his dealership high and he listens to voice of a customer and he treats his customers fair. Great Dealership. Straightforward. Made the car buying process very easy. They went the extra step to find discounts for me. Would and have recommended this dealership. The staff had the chance to "trash" another dealership but didn't. They took the high road and said they didn't work that way and left it at that. The best way to put it is: the staff were "straight-shooters" which was important because I didn't want a lot of b.s.(which i got at a prior dealership.) Thanks Pat and Mike. More
