I was also completely happy with the international experience as well. The end state was going through the finance portion and I had the opportunity to chat with the Mr. Dmitry Voronov who again international and share a few nice stories about our travels. The bottom line is that I sort of set the stage for this purchase and the team there at Brown's Sterling Nissan (Mr. Kim, Mr. Voronov and Mr. Hall) made it all possible. I would highly recommend anyone to do business at this dealership. More

Early in the process Amid introduced us to his general sales manager Patrick Hall who worked with us in identifying the car that made most sense for us- given our requirements - and arriving at a price that was acceptable to us. When we arrived, we were greeted by a sales rep named Mike who took great care in helping us find the car we were looking for. When it came time to barter, he introduced us to Patrick who was very knowledgeable and made it all work for us. He found us the Murano in the exact color were looking for and it had more features than we could have expected. Everyone we worked with was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional, including Dimitri in financing. The hatchback had a couple of paint issues and they have already been addressed and look great. We are definite clients of Browns Nissan and would highly recommend them to friends and family. More

Found the car I wanted on the internet, called them up and they verified the car's availability and options. We made an appointment and they met us when we pulled up... from then on it was a very pleasan and they verified the car's availability and options. Mike was very knowledgeable about the car and Patrick, our original contact, made sure we had what we needed. Tim made the financing easy and quick. Since we finished up after the dealership closed, I am glad that they did not rush the final steps but worked with us to make sure we were satisfied. A follow up call the next day was also very nice. Within minutes my wife and I knew that we had the new car that we wanted. Patrick and his financing team worked quickly and we were out the door before noon. I couldn't believe how easy everything was and there was no haggling. I really thought there was a catch. My wife and I couldn't believe that we spent 3 days wasting our time somewhere else. Avoid Sterling Nissan, I asked for my 'Happy Price' and was sent an email which was a great price. That was short lived. BE AWARE THEY ADD IN ALL REBATES - COLLEGE GRADUATE, MILITARY ETC AND DO NOT INCL was sent an email which was a great price. That was short lived. BE AWARE THEY ADD IN ALL REBATES - COLLEGE GRADUATE, MILITARY ETC AND DO NOT INCLUDE FREIGHT - these are for a limited audience - no wonder it's a 'Happy Price'. By the time they remove all the rebates and add in freight - which is already on the sticker price they used a a source for the discount, IT IS NOT A 'HAPPY PRICE' anymore, it is much higher, in my case the 2 items totaled $2k Here is the quote from the email when asking for a 'Happy Price'- Your "Buy Happy Price" is $xx,xxx.00 plus your local taxes, tags, and fees. The email said NOTHING about rebates you may not be eligible for or freight add ons. I was furnished a photo of the vehicle and on the very next phone call was told that they had to add in costs for pinstripes, door edge guards and 'other items' ALREADY on the car. Funny how the stripes and edge guards were not in the photo the previous day! These actions are not necessary. Other dealerships (i.e. Fitzgerald's) do not use this ploy, they give the honest price and don't charge freight either ,and if you are eligible for additional rebates, then the rebates are deducted from the pricing. This is a much more sincere pricing policy. Don't be suckered in by the low prices you see online at Sterling - unless you just got out of college after serving in the military, good chance the car you chose will cost a whole lot more than you are told.
