I have leased either four or five cars from this dealership. All were Muranos except the most recent. On the last sales transaction, I leased a Rogue, primarily for fuel economy. I am hard pressed to find any real fault with the dealership on this deal. The one complaint I had was that, after stressing that fuel economy was a key objective, the sales rep never bothered to tell me that the Rogue takes regular fuel. Maybe that should have been obvious. No harm done. I do miss Patrick Hall. He was great to deal with. I think he was promoted to another Brown's dealership. Laurie Bain contacted me about this transaction, and demonstrated excellent customer service, working to make sure I remained a happy buyer. More
My sales person Ashley was great but the wait was horrible. She kept telling me sorry for the wait. Laurie Bain was extremely helpful the day we were waiting for the car to be ready. She noticed what we needed as we were waiting and helped us with that. Additionally, when I needed help with the car starting in the cold weather, she conferred with service and they jointly decided a remote starter would be a good addition to my car.She helped me arranged the service and I have been very satisfied with the remote starter solution. On other occasions when I have had questions, Laurie Bain is very responsive and knowledgeable. I feel confident that I can call her in the future for other help. She is friendly and caring which is what I need when working with a car dealership. More

I walked into the dealership at 4:50 and didn't leave I walked into the dealership at 4:50 and didn't leave until 9:45!!!!! I was happy with the price and ready to buy the car but literally had to wait I walked into the dealership at 4:50 and didn't leave until 9:45!!!!! I was happy with the price and ready to buy the car but literally had to wait until 7:30 to test drive the vehicle I was purchasing and then WAIT again forever to try to buy it. I was so excited about buying the car and then it just all went to xxxx. I don't understand what happened during my visit but it shouldn't take that long....EVER! The car I bought was at the Fairfax location, so I understand that it takes time to drive it there, but it was like pulling teeth to get Justin moving out the door to get the car and then to wait till he got back with it for us to drive. We drove it 3 miles and went back to the dealership to look at it under lights inside because by that point it was dark out and we wanted to make sure there wasn't any physical damage to the car I was about to purchase. Then waiting again to get the paperwork rolling. Then I was told that my price wasn't correct because I was financing through my bank. I had already made this perfectly clear before I arrived. That was taken care of after I threatened to walk out and go to a different dealer. And then finally I was able to start my paperwork. We finished that quickly thanks to a wonderful employee Derek Boateng! He was professional, quick and so friendly. Had it not been for Derek I would have walked out of the dealership and gone elsewhere to purchase my new car. Instead of my car getting washed and vacuumed while we were signing papers, we again had to wait for that and then follow Justin to get the gas. Then I was finally free! I would like to mention the car was washed but wasn't vacuumed. Didn't realize that till I was home. I don't know what you have to do in there but car buying shouldn't take as long as my experience took. You guys really must get it together there. While my salesman Justin was very nice, he shouldn't be on the sales floor at all! He has no idea what's going on and it shows. There was no sense of urgency on his part which made my experience so long. More
My husband I went to Nissan Dulles to test drive a Murano and Rogue on September 14, 2012. I had emailed Lorenzo in the past and he suggested we have Faraz (Fred) help us test drive the vehicles. Faraz assis and Rogue on September 14, 2012. I had emailed Lorenzo in the past and he suggested we have Faraz (Fred) help us test drive the vehicles. Faraz assisted us in determining the differences between the two models (coupled with the prior research I had done with Consumer Reports). We had not intended to purchase the day we test drove; however, after telling Fred and Lorenzo what items we were not interested in purchasing, Lorenzo came back with "an offer we couldn't refuse." At no time was either Fred or Lorenzo pushy. To paraphrase Lorenzo, they aren't married to any car, they are more interested in getting and keeping us as customers. Upon leaving the dealership, Lorenzo told us that we would receive free VA vehicle inspections at their dealership for as long as we owned the car. After purchasing the Murano SL, Fred went through the special features of the car and set up the first oil change appointment. Although, my husband and I are somewhat computer literate, Fred set up the blue tooth and navigation and saved us hours of reading the manual. Moreover, Fred delivered--on his own time--the cargo net that I had wanted and installed it for us. We have never experienced this type of customer service. In summary, in our lives we have purchased nine vehicles (keeping them 10 years or 100K miles) and we have NEVER experienced the the low pressure, customer-oriented service in the past. Without reservation, we recommend Faraz, Lorenzo, and Brown's Sterling Nissan. More
