My husband and I just bought a new Pathfinder from Brown's Dulles and we had a great experience. Our Salesman Michael Fletcher got in touch with us almost immediately after we contacted them for the Happy Purchase Price, and was always very responsive throughout the sale. We scheduled a test drive and they had the car waiting to go when we got there. They did a trade-in estimate while we did the test drive and they gave us $1500 more than anyone else offered. Also, we had to come back later that night to finish the process due to an appointment we had and several people stayed late so we could finish the paperwork and get the car. The only issue that we had was the amount of items they tried to get us to purchase when we were finalizing the transaction in the finance office, but they did not put much pressure on you to buy. I would buy from them again, definitely. More

First of all the representative that I dealt with name Ben had a title that says sales manager, but service was merely of a sales representative and only after being passed around to a few more inexperienced reps I came to the realization that the entire staff lacked customer service and professionalism. The price I received $1800 more than we originally agreed upon after hours of back and forth with questionable management team. We finally got the price right only to begin negotiations all over again with the financial representative which acted surprise about the numbers and term of the deal. After hours of negotiation and pure frustration my wife walked out.... More
After searching for months I finally got my first car! I knew right after I talked on the phone with my sales associate Ivan that I was probably going to buy a car from him! A very well managed operation. At every level of the interaction, every employee was extremely attentive, knowledgeable and polite. The General Sales Manager was very engaged throughout the process, and the truly exceptional finance director made finalizing the purchase a very pleasant experience, which is not how I recall past vehicle purchases. We left the dealership (with our new vehicle) feeling that we were treated fairly and fully understanding each and every "bell and whistle" on the new car. This is a consumate group of professionals who sell you a product in the manner that it should be done for such a large investment. More
