We visited multiple dealerships and almost settled on a used Corolla. I'm so glad we decided to see what Nissan had to offer. Brown's had a great deal to lease a 2016 Sentra SV. This was perfect for her--a low monthly payment for a brand new car? Yes, please! I mean, she drives 6 miles a day... Ayham was fantastic to work with. Unprofessional service My Murano 2011 stopped at highway due to transmission fail and was towed at my expenses to the dealership. After $150 inspection they said you need to My Murano 2011 stopped at highway due to transmission fail and was towed at my expenses to the dealership. After $150 inspection they said you need to replace cvt transmission and transfer case for about $7000. I got $3000 for the 'not drivable' car buying new Toyota . When I asked the Brown's Nissan manager to access my Murano to unload stuff the car was drivable!!! And he said 'sorry I was mistaken about transfer case'??? Before I was told there is a leakage from transfer case (that they can fix for $1800) that I checked with other technicians and they said there was no leakage. Don't by Nissan with cvt to drive more than 80k, don't use Brown's Nissan dealership- cheating! More

The advertised price was misleading with the $1800.00 in hidden fees. I requested to purchase the car for the advertise price plus tax and tags. They refuse to do it. Why not advertise the car for $16,797.00 , Nissan manufactures a phenomenal product. I would expect more from their employees and their sales practices. Is $1800.00 worth Nissan's reputation? I asked you to change your sales practices for the better of our community. Please do not advertise at one price and refused to sell it at that price when the consumer comes to your business. Veterans just want to be treated fairly without being manipulated or feeling deceived. More

Worst General Manager We tried to lease a specific car today 5/1/16 but the General Manager showed us the worst experience. We asked for details on the down payment breakout but he refused tell us. His actual response was "You can go to another dealer and waste your time." Fortunetly, we did and got the car we wanted within 1 hr from Sheehy Nissan at Springfield (THANK YOU MIKE FROM SHEEHY). Browns Fairfax Nissan show some courtesy to your customers. It goes a long way even if we don't buy from you today. More

I never saw a drop under the car so I went to another shop where they confirmed no leakage exists. the first time they proposed to stop the leakage for $700, the second time it would cost me $2000. when I rejected such a generous service I got my car back with oil spots on the bottom and one tire inflated for 5 psi more than normal like others...You can afford this service only if you car under warranty. Worst bait and switch ever My wife and I were looking for a lease on a new Pathfinder. Prior to coming in to the dealership, we researched the vehicle, pricing, etc online. On B My wife and I were looking for a lease on a new Pathfinder. Prior to coming in to the dealership, we researched the vehicle, pricing, etc online. On Browns' website, we were quoted a great payment of $416 per month, not including taxes, tags, and fees. In an attempt to lock the price in, we proceeded with the credit check (hard pull, of course), and were qualified to receive the quoted deal. I went in to drive the vehicle and ensure that there were no issues, which is when things went awry. William, the sales manager, quoted me a payment around $560/month, with a lower mileage allotment, and said that "the website quoted me the wrong price." He was arrogant and belittling in his explanation, as if I was a fool to have thought I'd get the deal I was quoted. According to William, this quote was based on a purchase price, as opposed to a lease price, and also failed to include an $895 dealer-installed pinstripe, which I didn't even see on the vehicle. I came to Brown's based on the recommendation of a friend who works there. We have 2 Nissans in our household now and will still add a Pathfinder. However, it won't be from Brown's. The deceitful and disrespectful way that we were treated has left a terrible impression with me. I would caution other potential buyers/lessees to beware of the bait and switch nature of this dealership, especially before allowing a hard credit pull. More
