Our experience with Safford Brown Nissan Fairfax was overall positive. We scheduled our initial test drive and visit with Ricky Clemons from the Sales Department. He’s very friendly, extremely knowledgable, and easy to work with. No hard sales, no pressure from Ricky….he met all our needs and then some. Tell him what you want and he’ll work his hardest to meet your needs. He showed us the entire dealership, answered all our questions, and even paired our phones to the vehicle. The only bit of a hard sell was in the finance office dealing with the extended warranty. All the staff at Safford Brown Nissan Fairfax were wonderful. More

The staff made it a no brainer to turn in my Ford for a Nissan. When it was time to negotiate payment I met with Chrys Mulligan, who crafted a deal within my budget and took all the stress out of it. My wife is loving her Rogue and when my lease is up in a few months, Safford Brown will be my first and last stop for a new one. 10/10! More
I visited the service department today for the last time. When pulled into the service department, it was obvious the employees were already talking trash about us before we even made it in the door. They all looked at us with the greeting of what the f do you want? Still I told them oil change. With an attitude we were told a ridiculous price of $79.99. All the while every miserable employee is staring us down with the look of contempt. We reluctantly agreed. Then we were told there would be a 1-2 hour wait. That's when we left. They obviously didn't want our business. They obviously had better things to do like, being miserable, sitting around on the clock, being lazy, and talking trash about people. That gave them the ego boost they so desperately needed. More

Patrick the Kelly Blue Book Rep said the dealership would do their best to give me what I wanted the Sales Manager Derik did just that. He did say he was a straight up type of person which he absolutely was, surprisingly giving me $200 more than what I initially asked for. I visited several dealerships, Carmax had the best offer but thanks to Derik Brown's Nissan was FAR better I do mean FAR better!!! Although we had a lien on the car thanks to the General Mgr Naseer we quickly received our equity check in 7 days!!! My wife and I truly appreciated Patricks communication ,follow up skills and friendliness!!! Appreciated JaWuans friendliness greeting me for the appraisal! If you have to sell your car definitely see Patrick and Derik! 🙂 More
Had a horrible experience with Brown’s Nissan. Oscar was the salesman. Felt the brakes were off. Oscar assured me they would be checked before we purchased the car the following day. Couple of weeks later brakes were off. Brown’s now recommends that I replace the brakes because they were in the yellow zone. The fuel gauge also didn’t work. Repair guy spewed gooblygook saying it didn’t matter unless you were almost out of gas but could diagnose further for $175.00. Find that dealership to be criminal with a customers safety. They were trying to get me to spend about $1000 a couple of weeks after purchasing the car. Do not go there. Brown’s MAZDA ISTHE SAME! More
Buying a car today is tough because of the supply chain constraints. I appreciate that we were able to get to a reasonable price over the phone, and that there were no surprises when I got to the dealershi constraints. Oscar was the sales rep I worked with, and he was on top of moving the deal along and getting everything squared up. The financing office offered a wide suite of add-ons, but wasn’t predatory in the way I’ve seen at other dealers. More
I wanted to purchase a Nissan Altima and was repeatedly told that I should buy an extended warranty on tires plus 35K extra on oil changes. As I said, no no no repeatedly, they lowered the interest rate twice, but then without asking me, the finance person included those items in the contract against my wishes. I did not feel I had the opportunity to refuse as he seemed reluctant to accommodate me. I reluctantly signed the contract because I needed a car and it is hard to find cars these days. When I complained to the manager over the phone, Lara, she was rude and defensive. In the past, I once went there and got a new lease and broke my new lease early. The finance person lied to me and denied that there was an early termination fee and made up stories about it. I gave him the benefit of the doubt, but I got it confirmed by an employee lately. I will never purchase a car from them. I am also going to write to the corporate office and complain to them about this dealership. More
