I was forced due to a flat tire that turned in to a broken arm control to use this dealer. My normal dealer is in Suitland Md. I don’t need to ask them to wash the car or take it out and test drive it broken arm control to use this dealer. My normal dealer is in Suitland Md. I don’t need to ask them to wash the car or take it out and test drive it once they take care of it, that’s why I rated it a 3. They could definitely improve on customer service. I wouldn’t choose them as my normal place due to cost and distance, but they helped me get out of a serious bind and I appreciate that part. Overall, listening to the customer, giving discounts for cash payments or credit payments when out of pocket, and knowing to make sure car is ready to go once repair is done and not something else ( two repairs, two labor costs, 2 diagnostics) adds up to a multiple headache for a consumer. Again, I appreciate the diagnostic charges being removed and some shop charges. This helped tremendously. More
