After purchasing my new Mazda I went back two days later to take delivery. My salesman had been sent out to pick up another vehicle, so Jamal Henderson walked me through my introduction to how everything wo to take delivery. His attention to detail was very impressive and greatly appreciated. Also, when I did the paperwork the financial team was excellent as well. I had been thinking about changing my car for some time, but couldn't decide on which one to get. This went on for a few months, until I settled on getting an SUV. I looked at nearby dealerships' inventorie but couldn't decide on which one to get. This went on for a few months, until I settled on getting an SUV. I looked at nearby dealerships' inventories online and Brown's Fairfax Mazda had the exact model/color/trim/package I was looking for. I emailed them through their website and got a response the very next day (mind you, I sent it on a Sunday), ready to make an appointment to go take a look. I went the next day, traded in my car for a decent offer, and drove out with my perfect car a couple hours later. They made the process very easy, and had a really good financing deal. More
I brought my Mazda to Chantilly Mazda when it started to make noises when applying the brakes. Chantilly tried multiple times (I dropped off my car about 4 times for the same issue) to fix it and finally sa make noises when applying the brakes. Chantilly tried multiple times (I dropped off my car about 4 times for the same issue) to fix it and finally said they didn't know what was wrong, maybe try taking it somewhere else. I went to Fairfax where the technicians were able to identity the problem right away and fix it quickly. They provided me with a loaner car and the customer service was excellent. They even called the next day to check to make sure everything was ok. I was very upset with my Mazda experience in Chantilly and was starting to regret buying a Mazda. The Fairfax team changed my opinion of Mazda and I will definitely be taking it there from now on. Great experience with Fairfax Mazda! More
I had a great experience buying a new car (with a trade-in) at this dealership - twice! Both times I got the price I wanted after doing a little research, and prompt and courteous service. Most recently they helped me out of a problem with a Mazda I had purchased at another, closer dealership, whose service was very poor. After a week of frustration dealing with a new car with mechanical problems without satisfaction from the other dealer, I drove to Brown's, explained the situation, and walked out with a new car in an hour. On Friday, 5/17, since we still had not heard from Brown's Cars, my husband called them again. While we should have known that something was fishy when Bob didn't want to take our deposit, we trusted Bob and Nasif based on Brown's supposedly decent reputation and Bob's handshake. Evidently, Brown's Cars Auto Group has very little regard for customers and for their own reputation. I wouldn't trust buying any car from them at this point. If they don't even care enough about earning NEW customers, I can't imagine what they do to existing customers that take their cars to Browns for any type of work. Since they outright LIE to customers, I would be very hesitant about trusting anything they were to tell me about repairs or work that they suggest for the car. STAY AWAY FROM BROWN'S CARS AUTO GROUP!!!!!!! They have several locations so avoid all of them. And if you do go and find yourself speaking to someone named Bob Williams (who claims he is the Used Car Sales Manager for all of their locations), RUN!!! Really . . . don’t even waste your time. I am very pleased with the over all customer service at Mazda. There was no pressure to sell me something I did not want. I knew what I wanted & they got it for me. I bought a 2013 Mazda 2, they only had silver & blue in stock, but I wanted Red. They went out & found me a Red. My car was in the shop & Edwin went out of his way to come & pick me up. I only had one salesperson, not 2 or 3 hovering around me. They also spead my finiancing out so I could afford the payments. More
