Always Responsive - Service with a Smile!! Service Center and Parts Sections were both very helpful and responsive. I needed to come in a couple days ahead of our scheduled appointment because Service Center and Parts Sections were both very helpful and responsive. I needed to come in a couple days ahead of our scheduled appointment because a windshield wiper broke on Saturday before Easter and it was due to rain before our service appointment on the following Tuesday. The Parts Section (Ken) provided all three replacement wipers with a 10% discount and Service (Jonathan) installed them for us within minutes and we were on our way. On Tuesday, they got our car in right away and oil/filter change ($33 coupon) and Crystal Fusion application were accomplished within an hour. On my way off the lot, I heard a rubbing noise (that was not previously present) under the chassis (sounded like it was from one of the wheels). They test drove the car and heard the noise so they took my car right back in and put it up on the rack. They were unable to duplicate the noise once in the garage, but when they brought the car back to me, the noise was gone. More
