The car is always repaired correctly, they work with me on fair and reasonable pricing, and the car is always clean when I come to pick it up. Best service department anywhere in my opinion More

Major Kai Optima range Engine, Turbo, and many other defects I have used Browns Kia Manassas for the last 5 yearsI have found them some times helpful, but in most case unhelpful. My Kia optimal had a new engine I have used Browns Kia Manassas for the last 5 yearsI have found them some times helpful, but in most case unhelpful. My Kia optimal had a new engine at 30000 miles, Failed back up camera, failed plastic steering cog replacement, and now a turbo failure. They did every thing diagnose my issue, they tried to help. But failed miserably. They did everything the could to not repair our car under warranty, even although the failure of the turbo charger is all over Kia form sites. They could not explain to me why my engine oil level i.e no oil showing on my Dip Stick. to then showing to much oil. they said thats what caused the Turbo failure. Despite the fact of me telling them this happened before adding a 2 quart bottle of oil. to get the car holm and then to the dealer. They did contact Kia USA, with their findings, and not my findings. I was fighting a loosing battle against Robots. who were not listening. So they told me WHY! 1.The turbo Failed (excess oil in engine) LIE !!the issue happened before oil was added, 2. Engine dip stick showed no oil i.e bare metal sight, and to the touch.! They could not explain this.!. 3. they wanted me to pay $3900, to replace the turbo, for a turbo failure they could no fully explain why & how. Despite the fact that they said that it was due excess oil. Again the did not listen to the FACT that this all happened before oil was added to the car that showed no oil on the dip stick. Come guys. Not difficult to understand. 1. Pull dip stick out check level by sight should show oil, light brown, dark brown, even Black in color of oil. 2. No oil bare silver metal Feel bottom of stick straight metal. no oil. 3, act on sight & feel, no oil. 4. Add minimal amount of 2 quarts. so engine would not lock up.. It is my opinion that this was a structure method to not repair my troubled Kia under warranty. This is obviously the new way of dealer service. More

Lastly, the usual inspection was done and upcoming items to watch were discussed. I find this very useful to plan & budget $ for the inevitable tire replacement. More
Great place I went to Brown's for a recall on my car. They told me that it would likely take 2-3 hours to complete, but I was out in an hour (and I even showed up I went to Brown's for a recall on my car.
