They didnt honor my extended warranty plan I was told that according to my vin number that I did not have the extended warranty. That was a lie. I call Kia koons and they immediately pulled it I was told that according to my vin number that I did not have the extended warranty. That was a lie. I call Kia koons and they immediately pulled it up. I had to pay $44.41 for a service that was included in my extended warranty plan. When I explain this to the service man he pretty much told me there is nothing he can do and to call the dealership I got the car from. After speaking to koons Kia I was told that browns should have done their research as my vehicle was completely covered for up to 10 years. I will not be using them again for service as I feel I was scammed and had to pay double. Koons Kia is now having to refund me for a payment that should never of been charged by your facility. More

Having Service on Car is Always A Pleasure For the majority of people taking their car in for service is a pain! But from scheduling the service, to leaving in a spotless car after complet For the majority of people taking their car in for service is a pain! But from scheduling the service, to leaving in a spotless car after completion it is ALWAYS a pleasant experience. The ease of scheduling on-line to the VERY friendly, caring and helpful employees...feels like visiting family. The staff take care in asking what services you desire and if you have had any problems that may need attention. They always keep you informed to what's going on during the appointment and explain clearly any findings or recommendations. Having the Wi-Fi available was helpful also. Missed the coffee as out-of-service on my visit. Michelle Bolden is an outstanding Service Manager and has assisted me since I first bought my Sorento at Brown's. More

He was able to give me the time/day that fit my schedule. I was very impressed with how he listened to my concerns. For instance, I reported that my tire continued to lose air. He later reported something penetrated the wall of the tire so it needed to be replaced. After mentioning the price of a new tire, he immediately checked to see if I had the road hazard plan. Thankfully, I remembered purchasing the road hazard, ding shield, and new car key replacement plans which covers me for five years when I purchased the car. Needless to say, Jonathan dug into the 2017 files and took care of my needs. Great service, professionalism and customer care from Jonathan who goes over and beyond. More
