Incompetence at it's best. I was without my car for three days and not once did they call me to give me any information about my car. It was impossible to plan transportation, s I was without my car for three days and not once did they call me to give me any information about my car. Brown's Kia Service takes forever! I had an appointment at 8am Saturday for a simple oil change. I dropped the car off Friday night, a day before my appointment. The oil change took 6 h I had an appointment at 8am Saturday for a simple oil change. I dropped the car off Friday night, a day before my appointment. The oil change took 6 hours to perform, quite ridiculous! I called at 1pm and was told they were backed up and behind on their service appointments. I’ve heard this excuse multiple times in the past from this dealership. A oil change should never take 6 hours totally unacceptable. I know I will receive an email back from Brown’s apologizing. Please don’t bother, I don’t need an apology, a coupon or anything else from Brown’s except to be left alone. I will take my business to Ourisman Kia in Chantilly instead, because their service department is much more professional. More
