Oil change We came in for an oil change. We had an appointment at 10 am. When we came in a man helped us. I told him that I didn't want the complimentary ca We came in for an oil change. We had an appointment at 10 am. When we came in a man helped us. I told him that I didn't want the complimentary car wash and vacuum, because it always takes forever. He marked off that but also marked off the 21 point inspection. I told him no that they could do that and he said ok. Guess he didn't change it because when my car was finished and I paid, it said customer declined both. But what is the use of having an appointment when they didn't pull my car in until something to 11AM. My car wasn't ready until 11:10, just for an oil change. I will return but always dread coming because of them taking forever to do anything. More

Brown's Kia Service takes forever! I had an appointment at 8am Saturday for a simple oil change. I dropped the car off Friday night, a day before my appointment. The oil change took 6 h I had an appointment at 8am Saturday for a simple oil change. I dropped the car off Friday night, a day before my appointment. The oil change took 6 hours to perform, quite ridiculous! I called at 1pm and was told they were backed up and behind on their service appointments. I’ve heard this excuse multiple times in the past from this dealership. A oil change should never take 6 hours totally unacceptable. I know I will receive an email back from Brown’s apologizing. Please don’t bother, I don’t need an apology, a coupon or anything else from Brown’s except to be left alone. I will take my business to Ourisman Kia in Chantilly instead, because their service department is much more professional. More

More problems My car was at Browns Manassas Kia for a engine recall and when I received my car back my wheel alignment is out of whack, which wasn't an issue prior My car was at Browns Manassas Kia for a engine recall and when I received my car back my wheel alignment is out of whack, which wasn't an issue prior to the engine recall. Makes me wonder if some of our mechanical issues are manufactured to create business. I just don't understand how or why my car is driving worse than it was before the engine swap.
