My Experience was Very Good When I discovered I had a burnt out headlight I contacted the service department at Brown's Kia early that morning. They were able to accommodate my request to have it replaced later in the day. When I arrived at the scheduled time my paperwork was ready and I was able to proceed to the waiting area within minutes. Everyone I dealt with in the service department was very courteous and professional. I was pleasantly surprised, upon completion of the service, that not only had my car been washed, but it was also detailed inside. It looked like new. More

Will Be Back I have been to quite a few dealerships now to service my Kia. My experience has ranged from decent to the worst experience ever. I tried the Manassas I have been to quite a few dealerships now to service my Kia. My experience has ranged from decent to the worst experience ever. I tried the Manassas dealership for the first time this weekend as I just moved to the area. It had been a few miles over the time I should have taken my vehicle in as I was really dreading the situation after my last service at a different dealer. I was immediately surprised by the calm professional manner I was greeted with. The building is also quite large with plenty of seating so I didn’t have to worry about sitting outside in the cold. Every employee I encountered was extremely professional and kind. Recommendations were made by the mechanic but I did not feel pressured to do any of the items. These items were explained to me in a way that I could understand and make an informed decision. All-in-all this was the best experience I have had at any Kia dealership and I will be coming back to this one specifically in the future. More
