My Experience was Very Good When I discovered I had a burnt out headlight I contacted the service department at Brown's Kia early that morning. When I arrived at the scheduled time my paperwork was ready and I was able to proceed to the waiting area within minutes. Everyone I dealt with in the service department was very courteous and professional. I was pleasantly surprised, upon completion of the service, that not only had my car been washed, but it was also detailed inside. It looked like new. More
