Scheduler did not follow up with service to reserve the part and enter us on the schedule. Service writer wanted us to leave the car for inspection and part ordering and come back again on another day. Ano part and enter us on the schedule. Another service writer/manager found an unclaimed lock cylinder kit that fit our vehicle while we were discussing the scheduling snafu with our service writer. Third service writer was answering calls on speaker phone for all to hear in the area. Made it hard to talk with our assigned service writer to resolve the issue. We also requested that they call us on my mobile phone # when work completed. They called the house #, delaying our pickup by several hours because we were not at home. When we called they could not find the paperwork to confirm vehicle was ready for pick up. Delayed by a few minutes while they looked for it. Work was completed on the scheduled day. Car was washed.
