Was promised a car wash and vacuum, didn’t get one. Was told it would be a 1.5 hour appt, I didn’t hear from them for 4 hours so I had to call and then they said it was ready. One of the salesmen at the dealership was very aggressive and would not take NO for an answer. The situation became a quickly uncomfortable situation, to the extent after saying STOP to the unwanted behavior and would not take NO for an answer.
