service for the car was well just the customer service was horrible. they had me waiting for 2 hours until I got up to ask how my card was doing and said it was ready. and turn the table saying we called was horrible. they had me waiting for 2 hours until I got up to ask how my card was doing and said it was ready. and turn the table saying we called you didn't answer I had changed my number and wasn't even saved. like you could have confirmed my info when I got, they're for my appointment nothing. so, this dealership needs to invest in their customer service skills. train your desk people. Having bought three cars from Browns I would think you'd know I had a pre-paid oil change. Two hours for a oil change, tire rotation and balance and a safety inspection...a little much. I was actually there for three hours because I got there an hour early. The staff is friendly. That's really the only saving grace. More
