The sales person did a great job of working with us over the phone and providing the car decals (specific car details) via email as we lived 4 hrs away. Unfortunately, they wouldn't allow us to put down a deposit over the phone and we couldn't be there for 5 days. Lucky for us, the car was still available the day we arrived. After deciding we were going to purchase the car and pay cash, we asked the salesman to charge the electric car. We asked him several times over the next hour as the car was only at 50% charge. It was late, and we had a 4 hour drive home. He eventually complied, but unbeknownst to us, the dealer did not have a fast charger. We had them charge it for an hour thinking we would get a full charge and be able to make it home. That wasn't the case. They also never told us it didn't come with a level 1 charger. Fortunately we had one at home from our other car that we could use until our level 2 charger was installed. I can't imagine driving an electric car home and not being able to charge it. That's okay as long as you know ahead of time and plan appropriately! More

Very quick and clean environment. I had a bad experience at Parsons Kia and decided to look elsewhere and as soon as I put in my information for a telluride within minutes I got a cal I had a bad experience at Parsons Kia and decided to look elsewhere and as soon as I put in my information for a telluride within minutes I got a call from Syed and told him about my bad experience and he said I'm sorry, let me take care of you and that he did. Within minutes he had everything calculated and sent me how much it would be so I financed through my bank and went and picked the car up. I had to bring my 4 and 3 year old with me and they were all over the place and usually people get frustrated with that however he did not seem to care and even interacted with the kids. Definitely a 5 star from me. We are looking to get another car soon and even though Parsons Kia is just 15 minutes from me I'd rather drive over an hour and come back there and be treated the way I was treated. I was treated just like family! More
