Great friendly people and they do good work, but it took all day. This was my first service for my Carnival. The service was fine except that I dropped the car off at 8:20am for an 8:30 appointment and wa all day. This was my first service for my Carnival. The service was fine except that I dropped the car off at 8:20am for an 8:30 appointment and was asked when I wanted it back. I said 1pm and got it back at 4:30pm. It kinda dampened my plans for the day. The service was for a couple of recalls on the doors, oil change, tire rotation and safety inspection. I felt like that should not have taken all day. I don't know if it would have been different if I waited for it. I called at 1pm and was told it was almost done, and called again at 3:30pm, and told it was almost done. Then, I finally got a call at 4:15pm to say it was finished. Another note that if you make an appointment, you will be reminded more than enough times via text, phone call, and email. It was kinda too much, especially after I confirmed via phone call. I still got text messages and emails reminding me that I had an appointment. Overkill, in my opinion. More

Unfortunately, the financial manager Tamiru Yienhaw was not any of the above. He was short, ill-mannered, and disrespectful. The manager had to get involved. Definitely left a sour taste in my mouth and would hate for someone else to experience such behavior. I personally will not be taking my business there anymore. More
