The salesman and I knew from the original test ride that the car had one tire with low pressure. When I decided to buy it, the service department was told to fill the tire with air and inspect it for punctu the car had one tire with low pressure. When I picked the car up the next day, they told me it had been inspected and everything was fine. The next day I found the obvious screw in the tire tread. The next day they finally told me to come right away to get it fixed, and when I showed up right away, they told me to wait because they were too busy. The tech was searching on the wrong tire - I had to go into the garage to point out the tire and the obvious screw. I had to press them to replace the tire (not patch it). It took 2 1/2 hours to fix, and the staff was very rude along the way. The service department at Safford Brown Kia Manassas is definitely problematic and I would not recommend going there. Find another Kia dealer for service! More
