Having bought three cars from Browns I would think you'd know I had a pre-paid oil change. Two hours for a oil change, tire rotation and balance and a safety inspection...a little much. I was actually there know I had a pre-paid oil change. Two hours for a oil change, tire rotation and balance and a safety inspection...a little much. I was actually there for three hours because I got there an hour early. The staff is friendly. That's really the only saving grace. More
