The sales person I was working with checked in the day before the sale to ensure I was ready to trade in my car and purchase another car at the dealership. We agreed on a number for the trade in value and before the sale to ensure I was ready to trade in my car and purchase another car at the dealership. We agreed on a number for the trade in value and price of the purchase vehicle. When I showed up on the day, the sales person was not working. No big deal, life happens. However, they had no record of my call or appointment when I showed up after driving two hours. I would have expected some kind of hand off or note after I spoke with both sales and one of the finance managers. Fortunately, the other manager working that day took my word and accepted the deal as I stated we agreed on, and we got the deal done. The car itself looks like it had been vacuumed well, but needs an exterior detail. Looks like they just ran it through the automated car wash. More
