I had the BEST experience one could EVER ask for. From my first call to the second that I drove off the lot in my new car. Every phone call (and I made many) every conversation I felt like I was the most important person they were dealing with. My first contact was via the internet because I simply did NOT want to deal with a "Car Sales Person"...The response time to my email was super quick! I then started working with the dealership over the phone. That was Brian and what a guy! He was kind and willing to take all 50 million of my calls. He did not push and he respected the fact that I was at work. Honestly, I would like to have him hired at my job, but I have no openings! After he finished all of the over the phone financing, he called to let me know I could come and pick out and up my car! I said what car and he said what ever call I pick out! I was not able to go until later that afternoon. BUT I pulled into the parking lot of the dealership that I had NEVER been too and 2 people immediately knew who I was and called my by name as I got out of my car. Seems that Brian gave them a discription of the car I was trading in! :) From that point I was treated like the queen of England! I could go ON and ON and ON... But I will just say that Hek was TOTALLY cool. He let me burst into tears at his desk. He found me the PERFECT car and made sure it had EVERYTHING I wanted in it and MORE! He got me thru the process very quickly so I would not have to drive at night as requested. Who wants bugs on their new car? Again not only is my car a GREAT car but the service that I was given during my visit was on a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the highest, I give this Team an easy 13! I also had opportunity to meet with the General Sales Manager Derek Ryan. He was also SUPER! So if you have not figured in out yet, I HIGHLY reccomend this Team to ANYONE! And ... I LOVE my new car too! Can't say thank you enough! AKA Happiest Customer of the week! More

I never got to the point of visiting the dealership. I'll say up front that the young man I was dealing with on the phone was very polite. We initially spoke on the phone and confirmed what car I was interested in. I mentioned that I had a quote from another dealer for invoice. My rep went to his manager and called me back saying that they could sell the car for about 600 over invoice. When I mentioned that the price was too high, the salesman asked me what I would like to pay. I told him my number (the invoice amount) and he went to his manager again. He calls me back and says they'll do my price then proceeds to say that they'll tack on taxes, tags, dealer processing (ok so far), then he says freight. Freight was included in the original price quote of 600 over invoice. So in short, they countered my offer with a response of $150 over their first offer to me (freight is $750)! I don't mind if they weren't willing to go as low as my offer, but I don't like game playing and trying to make it sound like they've accepted my offer when in fact they haven't. Deceptive negotiation is the reason for my rating. I'm disappointed as I've purchased three new cars and a used car from different Brown's dealerships and have always had pleasant experiences. Browns has lost my purchase this time. More
