Went to this Brown's Manassas Kia dealership for the first time this week and had a very bad first impression. This guy was very rude and sarcastic and not helpful at all. I went to this dealership with the intention of perhaps making a purchase that same day but after the kind of service I received I totally disregard the idea of doing so. Very poor customer service.
