The service and assistance was great until I took delivery of the car. After that I felt like they had no use for me. I had several issues but they did not return phone calls and offered very little delivery of the car. After that I felt like they had no use for me. I used USAA vehicle buying help and right away Brian called to set up a relationship. He was very friendly and professional. One thing I especially appreciated was the fact he did not go right into tr called to set up a relationship. He was very friendly and professional. One thing I especially appreciated was the fact he did not go right into trying to sell me a car over the phone. He didn't get into numbers over the phone, instead he found common ground with me pertaining to shared military experiences. This immediately made me feel comfortable and much more willing to come into the dealership to sit down and talk about a new car. When I went to the dealership, Brian was on the scene with enthusiasm. He was again, very friendly and professional. He made me and my family feel like friends instead of customers. His service was spectacular. He showed us the car(s) we were looking for and didn't try to push something else on us we weren't interested in. This was my wife's first brand new car experience and I must say, I'm very glad it was with Brian and the Brown's Kia crew. I think it was a very pleasant experience overall and I would definitely recommend anyone looking to buy a new car to go in and see Brian before anyone else. More
I was looking for a very specific Kia Rio with manual transmission. It appears manual transmission is not easy to find over the past few years. I've looked in the past and for a basic commutting car they are rare. I sent out requests from the USAA car buying service and a few other online sites. Pedro was the first to contact me with a response that he could get one. He did ask me if I was sure what I meant what the online form said and there was no mistakes (which was good for him to verify as well). I test drove an automatic model the same day to make sure I was happy with the size of the cabin and nothing had changed significantly in the past two years since I last test drove a Rio. The purchasing process was simple and enjoyable. No time was wasted which typically annoys me in car buying processes where the game is played for pricing to delay so that the customer either walks away or pays a higher price. I did use the USAA car buying service to simplify this but the dealer honored everything through the service. More
