He listened to all of my concerns and answered any questions I had. He even tried settling my nerves when he could tell I was a little tense. I had to have two bulbs replaced for my VA inspection, the tag light and a side light. The cost was $35.70 for each bulb to be replace. Are you kidding me. Ash in financing was very understanding and incredibly helpful, and Christian and Greg in sales were a pleasure to work with. I was able to drive off in a brand new 2013 Kia Soul at a great price with payments I can afford and an excellent warranty.
