I was attended quickly by Pedro who is an excellent sales person, very attentive and friendly! We took the car out for a spin and talked about it and sure enough I was sold! The way everything that followed was handled was amazing. The team made this car buying experience a great one and best of all you do not feel a bit of pressure at all like other areas where they try to push you into buying a vehicle. They did a spectacular job processing everything and getting me out of there as quick as possible and with everything good to go! I definitely would recommend this place for anyone searching for a new or used vehicle! More

She did an excellent job at explaining everything I needed to know about the car I was looking into and what my payment options would be. She actually seemed to care about my satisfaction rather than just making a sale. I was nervous going in (not knowing much about the sale of cars) but she made me feel very comfortable and confident that I wasn't being taken advantage of. First truly positive experience buying a car While most people may be excited about buying a new car, I am filled with dread. I've gotten better over the years, doing my research in advance and k While most people may be excited about buying a new car, I am filled with dread. I've gotten better over the years, doing my research in advance and knowing a fair price, but I still hate the often high pressure sales, feeling of being manipulated, etc. I went to this dealership, not to buy a Kia, but because I had seen a gently used Mazda Miata advertised online there. I contacted the dealership through CarGurus, and Pedro Delao initially responded. I really wanted an automatic transmission and the one Brown's had was a manual (as most Miatas are), but the price was good and it was the color I wanted, so I decided to go see it. Pedro met me; introduced me to the new used car manager, Steven Pons, and off I went on the test drive. I still wasn't convinced I wanted a manual, and to my surprise, Steven didn't try to convince me that I did. That impressed me. He took my offer to the GM for consideration, and I ended up buying the car. Steven explained all of the paperwork thoroughly and professionally. The financing experience was handled painlessly through Matt Raymond. The gentleman (name unknown) who cleaned/detailed the vehicle did a great job. Pedro then actually took the time to help me hook up my phone to the Bluetooth feature (which, not being tech savvy, would have taken me a long time). The car was missing the owner's manual, and Steven called the original owner to ask if he still had it, retrieved it, and Fed Ex'd it to me. From start to finish, everybody at this dealership was friendly, professional, and made me feel like a valued customer. I would definitely go back there the next time I (or my young adult kids) need a car, new or used. More

I came in to make my purchase and Matt, Chad and Steve (the GM) were great to me. Everything went easy and fast, Matt in finance made signing all the documents easy too. I am really impressed with the car and all of the luxury options. More

The only problem I encountered was after I returned home that evening, I discovered a mail coupon for $30 off the service that I forgot to bring with me to the service appointment. I contacted Nick the next day and he told me that he thought the coupon could only be applied at the time of payment for the service. He said he would get back to me with a definite answer. He did not do this. I am like everyone else...I am trying to get the best value for my service dollars spent. Applying this coupon would have helped. I can understand if Brown's is unable to apply the coupon since it was my fault for forgetting to bring it with me to the service appointment. However I would certainly appreciate some consideration in this matter. More

I called around and other dealerships were too busy or needed me to drop it off overnight. In calling Manassas Brown kia, (location where car was purchased) Neil was able to get me in the same day (last minute) and get the inspection taken care of (no charge) Kudos to Neil. Service was fairly prompt and there were no complications. Service group walked you through every part of the process, even for something as routine state inspection. While i live over 50 miles from this dealership, it was worth the trip. Appreciate it, and keep up the good work. - Josh Griffin More

Jeff and Pedro were both helped as I was in on 2 occasions. They were both very nice and more then willing to answer all my questions even after I had purchased my car. I had a few issues in the finance department, but Matt and the GM were wonderful and very helpful in getting all my issues worked out. I would definitely recommend anyone considering a KIA go test drive one because I wasn't sure until I was in it, and then I had no doubt that I loved it! More
