Very friendly and knowledgeable. I had a wonderful experience at this dealership. Bryant Antayhua was my Sales Consultant. I did not purchase a Kia. After a bad experience with another dealership, Bryant was very helpful by working with his sales manager, Toriano Parris to get me a good deal on this car. I would highly recommend both of these gentlemen to anyone looking for a car. Both were very knowledgeable. I felt like I received a fair trade in price for my car and was pleased with the price on the used Hyundai. Bryant went the extra mile by making sure my kids were happy. Car shopping with 2 kids by yourself is stressful, but believe it or not both of my kids really enjoyed that day (lots of snacks and TV ). I have only had the car for two days, but so far so good!! Simply do no want to sell cars. First my approach may be a little unconventional. Browns was actually the first place we went to test drive and see what kind of legitimate pricing we First my approach may be a little unconventional. Browns was actually the first place we went to test drive and see what kind of legitimate pricing we could expect. To be honest they seemed nice and like most places now they were low pressure which I appreciate; however, I understand a lot more than they expect most people to know about dealers. A lot of what they said was true, there is not a whole lot to be made on new cars, they gave me a print out of what the "invoice" was showed me a little number at the bottom and said the last few digits was all they were making off the deal which probably wouldn't be enough to stay in business. I understand you have to make a profit to stay in business, but I know for a fact they are not really being truthful when I asked about dealer cash back/kick backs from Kia they avoid saying any answer. The dealer and sales need to make something, but seriously sales seems to want to "work" a ridiculous # of hrs just to be available to pick up sales. While most buyers that know exactly what they want or at least I would rather give them one of the easiest sales with minimal work they have ever had, but I am not willing to let them make $5,000-7 off me for telling me they aren't making anything and would rather be on the golf course... well I think most people would rather be on the golf course than working me included, but I probably make much less than they do for much more work. My review of brown is that they are friendly, are fairly knowledgeable, but will not work with you on price. I really wanted to buy from them I even tried twice, but they are just simply too greedy to simply make the sale at a profit and make both parties happy. I literally drove hours further just to buy a car from a dealer that met my price only from 2 emails Brown was over $2,000 over for the exact same options. So go ahead and tell me your only make $600 you also told me all the dealers buy for the same price. So if you just want a car and willing to buy MSRP they will be nice, but want to work on a reasonable price both of you can live with forget about it my time with them is time completely wasted. This is only a review of sales not service which I do not have any experience with. More
