Buying a car from a dealer puts you on your guard a little bit, but I truly feel like Pedro cared about us, gave us a fair offer on the price without making us jump through too many hoops, and made sure everything went smooth for us in the buying process. I reached out to most of the Kia dealerships in the area and Pedro was the easiest to work with and allowed me to actually enjoy the process rather than making it stressful. He also quickly answered all of the questions I had. When I was ready to purchase I placed a deposit online for the vehicle because it had to be transferred from another location. When we got to the dealership the car was ready to go and perfectly clean. The wait for the finance office was somewhat long but that is to be expected on a Saturday evening. Once in fiance the numbers all matched my expectations and with the paperwork prefilled everything went smoothly and efficiently. The finance person of course offered several extras but they were easily declined. Every employee I encountered was very courteous and friendly. Thank you for a wonderful buying experience. More
