Pedro is a fantastic asset to the company - I really felt like he was working with us to get us in the right car rather than just trying to sell us something. He worked with our schedule, staying late, and honored everything that we discussed prior to arriving at the dealership. The dealership itself is very comfortable, modern, and clean and we were offered refreshments several times during the process. I would really like to commend the financial manager, Claudia, as well. Her expertise made the (usually) painfully long and boring experience of financing very easy to understand and was really charming and funny, so we actually enjoyed the entire car buying process. I will definitely recommend that my friends drive the extra distance (we live closer to the dealership on Route 1, which absolutely pales in comparison to Brown's on all fronts) to Brown's. If they ask for Pedro and get to work the financing out with Claudia, they will be really happy. My husband said, after working with Pedro yesterday, that he would buy cars from him for the rest of his life if he could. I agree! More
