JQuint Service I was very pleased with how Jonathan assisted me in scheduling a 30K mile service appointment at Manassas KIA. He was able to give me the time/day th I was very pleased with how Jonathan assisted me in scheduling a 30K mile service appointment at Manassas KIA. He was able to give me the time/day that fit my schedule. I was very impressed with how he listened to my concerns. For instance, I reported that my tire continued to lose air. He later reported something penetrated the wall of the tire so it needed to be replaced. After mentioning the price of a new tire, he immediately checked to see if I had the road hazard plan. Thankfully, I remembered purchasing the road hazard, ding shield, and new car key replacement plans which covers me for five years when I purchased the car. Needless to say, Jonathan dug into the 2017 files and took care of my needs. Great service, professionalism and customer care from Jonathan who goes over and beyond. More

Such friendly and caring staff I couldn't have been happier with the service. The staff was so friendly. They really took care of us, and when I had a concern about something, I fel I couldn't have been happier with the service. The staff was so friendly. They really took care of us, and when I had a concern about something, I felt like they were really fighting for me. They did all the work, checked my warranties, made sure I could get as much service as possible with the remaining warranty, and did a great job on the service.
