love my Kia new service dept not so much came in for oil change and state inspection, Service dept tried to get us to have work done that was not needed or necessary, Where is the older lady came in for oil change and state inspection, Service dept tried to get us to have work done that was not needed or necessary, Where is the older lady that worked there? You may think some of your customers will be gullible but if you continue on this path you will loose customers and we will not be back to your service department unless warranty work is needed.We will go to a local auto repair shot in Manassas, where they'value their customers and don.t fill the need to over sale service. Great service I bought a lemon approximately 4 years ago (different dealer/make). The kind of car you couldn't pay someone to buy off of you. I have attempted trading it in 4 times before this without luck due to still owing money on my loan and it being a lemon so my trade in amount has always been too low. Mr Alami and browns kia of manassas were the only ones who made it work. I got an amazing deal and am finally out of my unsafe, hazardous, ugly lemon. You guys are awesome!! More

Clean Bill of Health and Appearance for my Optima I took in the car for a normal state inspection and also because it was at 24 months. Service agreed that my last 6 months did not have enough miles I took in the car for a normal state inspection and also because it was at 24 months. Service agreed that my last 6 months did not have enough miles to warrant either a LOF or a tire rotation and that any filter changes could go to the next milestone (30 months). They had a free state inspection coupon that covered the inspection and they did a 360 multi-point inspection and my vehicle passed cleanly. Also had the car washed for no charge so my clean vehicle was really clean. Final bill- $0. In and out in 3 hours... More
