Brown's Kia Service takes forever! I had an appointment at 8am Saturday for a simple oil change. I dropped the car off Friday night, a day before my appointment. The oil change took 6 h I had an appointment at 8am Saturday for a simple oil change. I dropped the car off Friday night, a day before my appointment. The oil change took 6 hours to perform, quite ridiculous! I called at 1pm and was told they were backed up and behind on their service appointments. I’ve heard this excuse multiple times in the past from this dealership. A oil change should never take 6 hours totally unacceptable. I know I will receive an email back from Brown’s apologizing. Please don’t bother, I don’t need an apology, a coupon or anything else from Brown’s except to be left alone. I will take my business to Ourisman Kia in Chantilly instead, because their service department is much more professional. More

The kind of dealership and staff you always wish for! Began with the online inquiry and was quickly contacted regarding my submission. I told them about three Kia’s I was interested in looking at and test driving and we set an appointment. Upon arriving we saw in the entrance area of the lot all the vehicles I wanted to see, ready to go for the test drives and looking at, that was awesome and definitely made my wife and I feel extra special! I’ve purchased a lot of cars and consider myself a huge car guy/buff, and I was honestly really impressed to meet like minded sales, managers and finance staff who loved all kinds of cars equally...I’ve experienced the opposite more often from so many other dealers who just care about a sale, and not the car they are selling, the experience and how a car is often so much more to a buyer. We live in the Springfield area and while there might be choices closer to us than Browns, honestly I could not be happier to have made the drive and found an excellent dealership...I will absolutely ensure I return for all of my services and well, probably another car one day! 5-stars is not enough folks, to experience for yourself....and oh my gosh that Stinger!!! LOVE IT!!! And the price was unbeatable, no questions about getting truly the best deal around! More

More problems My car was at Browns Manassas Kia for a engine recall and when I received my car back my wheel alignment is out of whack, which wasn't an issue prior My car was at Browns Manassas Kia for a engine recall and when I received my car back my wheel alignment is out of whack, which wasn't an issue prior to the engine recall. Makes me wonder if some of our mechanical issues are manufactured to create business. I just don't understand how or why my car is driving worse than it was before the engine swap.
