I am extremely disappointed in the service at the Hyundai dealership.  Natalie, the service advisor, said they would wait for the insurance adjustor to come to inspect the damage before starting, but they di dealership.  Natalie, the service advisor, said they would wait for the insurance adjustor to come to inspect the damage before starting, but they did not wait. She told me that in addition to needing a new wheel and tire, there was additional damage to a strut but after the insurance adjustor came that issue was not listed in the repair invoice.  The wheel and tire were put on, but the alert assistance system was updated. The low tire pressure indicator was on, which should not have been the case if they balanced the tire and gave me an alignment, and many other alerts were on.  I had to leave the car there so they could update the alerts system.  When I initially left the car, I was told I could not get a loan because the dealership does not provide them, but when my husband complained about the condition of the car, the evening sales manager offered me a loaner.   More

I DO NOT like dealerships , I prefer to buy private party because I understand that dealerships have to make a profit. But dealing with this company definitely helped ease the blow. Now I already researched the vehicle I was looking for ahead of time and didn’t call ahead and I was NOT pressured or pushed to purchase even when I was offered another vehicle after I was leaving the dealership. Arkeem was very straight forward and to the point , which is my preference. And the manager William was not pushy about add ins and warranties and they got me out of the dealership as fast as they could when I let them know my baby was with me and in the car with my parents. If I ever have to buy another vehicle new or used I’m definitely going back to this dealership , it was comfortable and quiet and organized. More
