On Saturday I came to the dealership with the intentions of purchasing the 2017 G80. I had previously spoken with Victor over the phone and scheduled to test drive the G80, Nissan Maxima, and Sonata N Line of purchasing the 2017 G80. I had previously spoken with Victor over the phone and scheduled to test drive the G80, Nissan Maxima, and Sonata N Line at 10:00 AM. The G80 and Maxima were pulled out for me and ready for a test drive, but he had forgotten the N line. I test drove the two cars and had decided that I was going to purchase the G80. We sat down and spoke with Victor and he was overall unpleasant to deal with. I had a car that I wanted to trade in and I knew it wasn’t a great car as it was a 1999 Toyota 4Runner with 400,000 miles on it. We asked him what the value of the trade in would be and he said about $500 or the going rate of Scrap Metal. At that moment I decided that I wasn’t going to purchase a car from someone like Victor, so I decided to comeback the next day. On Sunday I was greeted by a Arkeem and he was absolutely wonderful. He was willing to work with us and he was very knowledgeable about the car and the entire process. Arkeem won my business and when I’m in the market for my next car I can assure you that he will be the first person I reach out to. Thank you Arkeem for your help. Will was also a joy to work with. He was able to find me the best rate on my car and didn’t force any other policies down my throat.
