I never got to meet him in person as we decided to go with another dealership strictly based on the car availability, but I felt he deserved a rating here because it's how I found him and he really made me appreciate a good dealer. Arkeem was straight forward from the get-go - I tried to meet him in the middle and be the same way. I was honest about looking at another car and he spent legitimate time looking for a car that could meet my needs. He searched other Brown's dealerships as we were looking for a CPO and trade-ins were not off the table. He was respectful of my time and of our relationship - he stayed in touch, but was not overbearing or pushy. I wish I had been able to buy a car from Arkeem because he really was a pleasure to work with even though it was short lived. You've got someone who will work with and for you with Arkeem. More

Hidden fees, they ripped me off. I bought a car from Arkeem in 2018 and he tricked me into thinking I got the best price, but in reality he added in the freight charge and ripped me off at the end. Freight should have been already included in the price of the vehicle, but Arkeem capitalized on my lack of experience in buying cars in order to make more money on me! Be careful when you work with this dealer, he may seem nice but in the end he’ll charge you extra and fool you! I bought my first car from him, don’t make the same mistake as I did! I’m very disappointed! More

Hi, i bought a used car from them. Got a good customer service with limited warranty on the car. The sales person said the car has been checked and fixed with no issues at all. That's why have like 2k pre service with limited warranty on the car. The sales person said the car has been checked and fixed with no issues at all. That's why have like 2k prep fee in the purchase price. The next day of the purchase when my excitement cool down, noticed transmission noise and AC compressor not staying ON. Went back and the service department checked the car. 1-Transmission need to be changed, issue in the transmission. 2-AC need to be fixed, will start from the leakage first. 3-Brakes and rotors need to be changed. 4-Wheel alignment needed. This car was sold with a warranty that nothing is wrong with it. The service department said only transmission will be covered, rest is not covered in the warranty. I was desperate and i said okay at least change the transmission. Initially they said will provide me a loaner car and this will take 2-3 days after they get the part. They called me that they received the part and can schedule the service. I did, reached there, no loaner car and from last 2 weeks i am calling them everyday and they are providing me with excuses that right tool not available, busy etc etc. Its been more then two weeks now and i am out of the car and not sure when i am going to get it back. Worst dealership experience, will not recommend anyone to buy or service their car from them. They should be closed with such terrible service. More
