Called for service appointment for software recall. They gave me a time. I asked how long it would take as I wanted to just wait for the car. I am not sure this in that dealer. He would not commit to anything, kept giving me the runaround. All they want to do is look the car over and see what else they can sell you. I was honest about looking at another car and he spent legitimate time looking for a car that could meet my needs. He searched other Brown's dealerships as we were looking for a CPO and trade-ins were not off the table. He was respectful of my time and of our relationship - he stayed in touch, but was not overbearing or pushy.
