Arkeem was very transparent about the wait time for a palisade. He then showed us the Santa Fe limited and although we did not plan on walking out with a car, we did just that. He took the time to sit with both of us independently in the car and explained the function of every button. He wasn't pushy about any warranties or financing through Hyundai. He waited while we both applied for loans through our banks. We never felt pressured, instead we felt bad that our kids kept eating all the free snacks and running through the show room. Arkeem even got them snacks from the vending machine! The finance took a bit long and it felt like we closed down the dealership but overall it was a great experience. Thank you!!! More
