Been a customer here since 2012. I was pretty mad when I picked up my car from having an inspection, oil change, and tire rotation. I keep my car pretty nice and of course this made me mad but to add insult to injury they left trash (a broken ball point) in my cupholder and floor. Luckily the pen did not leak any ink on the interior. So if this is the level of service I'm going to receive here at Brown's Manassas Hyundai, I'll just start getting my car serviced at Jiffy Lube from now on. More
