wasn’t really kept updated with my car I had to keep calling, tape residue was left on my car rather than being cleaned off. A bit of trash was left in my passenger seat, and someone also left their poc calling, tape residue was left on my car rather than being cleaned off. I also was told it would take awhile to get a window for my cat and they couldn’t give me an exact date and I ended up extending a car rental for two weeks just for me to call the place week later(they never called me, I always called) and they told me my car was ready.
