I was told my car would be ready by 3 pm and it was not. The service rep said he called and left a message but there were 2 missed calls from him but no message registered. Car was left in service bay until I declined new tires. Then car was brought to me unwashed. When I told the rep I wanted it washed rep said it would be some time because there were a couple cars in front of mine. This was very frustrating to me because I dropped the car off at 7 am for a 10:30 service appointment. I fee certain that my car could have been washed at some point between 7 am and 3:30 pm when I arrived to pick it up. Even with not knowing if I wanted new tires put on. I have been disappointed with Safford Browns service department the entire time I have owned my Kona. It seems like they lack the ability to take care of the small stuff. How can a consumer trust them with the big stuff? More
