I came in because my battery was dead and the car also needed 2 recall maintenance. I was only 2 weeks past my warranty but they would not honor the warranty even though the car only has 18,000 miles on needed 2 recall maintenance. They did the computer update but apparently forgot to hook the knock sensor back up so next day engine light came on and car had no power. Had to take it back. More
