Ken provided excellent service. However, I had been given free oil change for as long as I kept my car. Now with the purchase by Safford that was discontinued. That was a huge mistake by the leadership of the company. My oil change should have been honored, and anyone who bought/buys a car after Safford came in. They would have to purchase the oil change. On another note, I had always received a complimentary car wash anytime I came in. That should also be continued by me and anyone else who purchased a vehicle prior to Safford coming in.
